Araksya Boyadzhyan

Araksya Boyadzhyan graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending Loyola Law School. Ms. Boyadzhyan joined LA Lawyer as an associate attorney in 2014, and now spearheads the firm’s civil litigation department managing over two hundred active civil litigation files. Ms. Boyadzhyan has secured millions for clients by way of mediation, settlements, arbitrations, and trials. As the leading member and chair of the firm’s civil litigation department, Ms. Boyadzhyan successes include securing a writ of mandate granted in the first instance by the Court of Appeals overturning a trial court’s decision to grant Defendants’ JNOV on Plaintiff’s $1.5 million dollar jury verdict, securing of a $1.4 million dollar jury verdict for a client injured in an automobile accident, and successfully advocating for clients whose civil rights were wrongfully and unjustly violated. Ms. Boyadzhyan has argued and secured favorable rulings for discovery motions, dispositive motions, and post judgment motions. Ms. Boyadzhyan strongly believes in protecting her client’s rights and making sure her clients receive rightful compensation for their losses. Ms. Boyadzhyan’ s success undoubtedly coincides with her passion in fighting for her clients.
